Diego Álvarez is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (Knowledge Assessed) who has worked with dogs of all breeds and temperaments for more than ten years. His passion for positive reinforcement training began in childhood with his first German Shepherd, Luna, and has grown into a full-time career helping families build stronger relationships with their pets. Based in Austin, Texas, Diego works one-on-one with clients and leads group classes, focusing on confidence building, behavior modification, and communication. He shares his home with two rescue dogs, Rico and Zara, who often join him as demo dogs in his workshops. When he’s not training, Diego enjoys running, playing guitar, and volunteering with local rescues to rehabilitate hard-to-adopt dogs.
